Jim McLauchlin was a lead public health microbiologist
Jim McLauchlin was a lead public health microbiologist, (Food Water and Environmental) and led investigations around Listeria monocytogenes and into outbreaks of listeriosis. This was the subject of his lecture at the Pierce Symposium in 1993 which was entitled ‘Serendipitous microbiology and the investigation of outbreaks of listeriosis’.
